Traveling with dual DX... they joy!!

So I haven't have time to write ANYTHING in over a month... we decided to spend some of our summer with my parents back in Mexico...
The idea was that we all were going to travel, but last minute job situations got the husband to stay behind... and there we go.. just us chicas traveling to beautiful amazing Cancun Mexico...
WOW>.. Cancun.. really??? yeah really!! we were going to one of the most desired places to relax and enjoy.... to swim and snorkel, to walk on the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean  with the white sand and the turquoise ocean....
and we didn't get to see ANY of it ONCE....
Gabby as always. has different expectations and for her... food comes first... Forget about delicious fantastic Mexican food that mommy has been craving over the past 2 years... No... Gabby needs Mc Donald's as she hasn't seen any of the signs of the restaurants we pass on our way to my sister's house...
She wont attempt to try any new food... GREAT....

My dad asks... so should we stay tonight here? or head home ( home is 3 hours away still...) I look at Gabby knowing I already rock her world and say... well might as well head home... at least I will be able to contain her there in my old bedroom....
so  we continue our trip....

She was fascinated by the new sights. and once we arrived "home" she loved it... she ran all over the house checking every single room, and then.. she pulled her "voice" and said... " I WANT SEE YOU LATER".... pretty much... I want to go home....
HOLLY MOTHER OF THE IMPOSSIBLE TASK..... really??? Gabby you want to go home??? we just arrived Home.. a different home...
and she looks at me... ( hard to imagine she actually looked eye to eye) and types again "I want to see you later"....
by then we were up for about 15 hours as she had a horrible night the night before our trip....
so I try to not get out of my sanity and bribe her to stay by showing her the Ipad... yummy pan dulce, a cold glass of chocolate milk... and some Benadryl..... in case there are allergies... yeah let's go with that one....
So we decided Home is not so bad... and she went to bed....
One battle won... a whole month ahead to go.....
